Ensemble Health Partners Response
6yI appreciate your remarks about Ensemble’s pay, vacation time and benefits. It’s clear that you weren’t satisfied with our management, but I regret that your remarks aren’t very actionable. You’ve recommended training and I appreciate that, but between R-Factor training, EDGE training, DDI and ILT courses, Front-Line Leadership Academy, the Leader-in-Training program and customized performance coaching we have invested a lot in training. I am certainly eager to make sure those programs are addressing our needs so if you have something actionable you can share with me I am all ears - ShareWithShannon@EnsembleHPcom. Honestly, it’s disappointing, given the numerous avenues we have to provide feedback as well as the frequent publication of my personal cell phone and direct email (I remind the entire company of this every quarter at the Town Hall Meeting) as to why you would turn to this anonymous platform to post your review. It may not be comfortable to deliver feedback, but we count on our associates to raise issues and work with leadership to address them. We set expectations for our associates to use their escalation pathways. We ask them to make their case and back it up. If they get a “no” we ask them to pursue the “why” so that they can understand the real reasoning. Otherwise they fill in the understanding gaps with reasons like “management has no clue” and that has a negative impact on our culture as a whole.
