- Allocation of time for projects is unreasonable given scope/complexity of issues. - Communication can be one-sided and superficial despite open conversation on complexity of issues without further which might eat into time-costs. Problems are expected to be resolved at own end despite challenging uphill problems from clients. And even efforts to help resolve issues are hardly appreciated over here. There is an issue of employee biasness which can be detrimental to company's culture. This can result in a lose-lose situation for both employee, management and client. -
