Pretty good benefits. Excellent work / life balance. It's not a "family" its a community of professionals aligned with the same goal.

If you are used to micro-management style this will not work for you.

The hiring process was easy and the company seemed to have a lot of "family first" core values making it seem like an great company to work for and be a part of.

The "family first" core values were all untruth. They chose to turn a blind eye to many incidents within the work place, stating they would make it right, but the right never coming to fruition. There is a lot of gossiping amongst co-workers as well as co-workers pretending to be your friend.
