Pros include that management is flexible and will bend over backwards to work with your schedule, the pay is way better than most direct care jobs, the residents are so fun, and it’s a really nicely paced job. It does vary depending on the house you work at, but it is never super tough.

The times of the shifts are tough. If you want to work full time, you’re going to HAVE TO work a 24hr shift every weekend, because the weekday shifts are only 5.5hrs. The 24hr shifts are sooooooo very draining.

Building meaningful connections with the residents.

Very high turnover. Enrich is good for the people they serve. However, The way that they treat their employees is very poor. The management has poor communication skills and you will feel as though your hard work everyday is acknowledged.. Any communiction management does have, will be in a non-professional manner.
