Pros

That all the staff are in the same boat and try to help each other where possible.

Cons

The interim CEO is very brutal with no care for people’s feelings. Some people are happy to throw colleagues under the bus if it means to save themselves. Low pay with an extortionate amount of work load and no reward for this due to financial situations. Constant lies from SLT about where the company is and none of the staff trust the company. A very toxic environment.

Pros

Very friendly and competent team members who are eager to help. Excellent HR team with lots of courses, free language lessons, good onboarding etc.

Cons

Toxic manager in my team. If manager wants you out there is no process or team involvement in the decision, it is completely up to the closest manager. Enreach has adopted the 'Holacracy' system of management, where there supposedly are no managers, but certain managers have not yet adopted that so there is a mix of two systems which is incredibly confusing.

Pros

• The work was technically manageable and perfect for a junior role, providing an excellent learning environment. • The meetings team was amazing, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. • The manager was genuinely helpful and supportive when possible. • The Product Owner was an exceptional person, contributing to a positive experience.

Cons

• Experienced a company-wide layoff that impacted approximately 20% of the workforce, including myself. While the advance notice was appreciated, being let go despite positive feedback and strong performance was disappointing, especially as a junior. • Compensation was below market standards, even for an entry-level position.
