Wow, I'm sorry to hear about your experience at Enprecis Group and I'd like to make it better. I just joined in February 2018 and I can understand how sometimes change is uncomfortable.
I've had two monthly All Hands meetings so far. And I've been really consistent about what we need to do to make Enprecis Group a great company.
Our first focus is growth. We need to work together to better understand our customers' problems, come up with repeatable and scalable solutions, and sell them. It sounds simple, but it takes considerable effort to do it right. So far, we've invested in technology and training to help us do it better. We're also bringing on a Chief Relationship Officer to reinforce our commitment to customers and growth.
Our second focus is the team itself. I've spent twenty years in Silicon Valley, cultivating great teams. And we're applying our learnings here to create a more transparent, results-oriented, collaborative company. Ideally, it's a place where we all strive to do our best and constantly learn and grow.
