      Pros

      This company grew hugely in the last decade and even COVID didn't slow it down. World leading tech and great people - in the future you will look back as if you were one of the people working at Apple in the early days.

      Cons

      Just like the stories we all now know about Apple, it's challenging. Go work at the equivalent of IBM if you want a drone job, but go to Enphase if you want to be part of something that when you look back you will say it was hard work but I was a part of that.

      Great Supervisor who really cares Decent benefits

      Cons

      Mismanaged and out of touch from the top down. The corporate leadership don't understand or do not care about employees that do not directly impact revenue. HR talks about company culture but the higher ups do nothing to promote a good company culture. They don't promote any trust in them. The CEO said that the last round of layoffs were to help take care of the employees they were keeping and then annual raises across the board fell way below anything to keep up with cost of living increases. Nothing so far has show any sort of investment that the CEO said would be happening on employees.
