      Does have a lot of potential to grow

      Cons

      Management does not believe in proper delegation or professional trust in their employees. It frustrates employees that may have a more open approach in other MNCs. Sadly there's lot of politics and petty behaviour with does not allow for sustained growth.

      Pros

      Very laidback environment, good people, mostly easy going as long as there's an attempt at working. Great, great worklife balance, good PTO and no overtime is ever requested/expected.

      Cons

      The pay is kind of shoddy.

      Everything is ran by the CEO - complete micromanagement and does not empower anyone else in the organization. HR and benefits are a disaster Increases or not on par with industry standards Severance package is inadequate No compensation for being on call
