      Work life balance pretty good, rarely expected to give 110% to meet deadlines or work late/weekends. Fully remote working accepted as normal practice

      Cons

      Salary has stagnated, bonus scheme disappeared and annual pay rises gone. With inflation, the pay started to be well below industry average Direction from management a bit haphazard at times

      Pros

      Very laidback environment, good people, mostly easy going as long as there's an attempt at working. Great, great worklife balance, good PTO and no overtime is ever requested/expected.

      The pay is kind of shoddy.

      Everything is ran by the CEO - complete micromanagement and does not empower anyone else in the organization. HR and benefits are a disaster Increases or not on par with industry standards Severance package is inadequate No compensation for being on call
