      Pros

      Compensation and benefits are fair, although I would have liked to seen more from their 401k. Leadership empowers and advocates for their people. Great team environment. Leadership will genuinely consider constructive inputs/ideas.

      Cons

      HR literally screwed up every single thing they could have screwed up(medical benefits, 401k contributions, etc). My coworker had the exact same experience I did, so these arent isolated incidents.

      Supportive staff, very hands off, good pay, amazing 401k matching, and highly available.

      None that I can think of.
