Pros
They have competitive pay and will do their best to retain you if your contract ends. Decent benefits and everyone is very friendly and accomodating to your needs. Lot's of opportunity to grow! They'll also allow you to attend conferences if you request it. Very good company culture, they'll do their best to set you up for success.
Cons
If you cannot retain a contract for whatever reason, you are at risk for being let go. Sometimes there can be somewhat of a disconnect between the Corp side and the Contractor side however, that's pretty standard on most gov't contracts.
