Interns have a mentor to help them. Patient and willing to spend the time to teach and train you in the tools they use. Hours are flexible. Boss is very willing to help. Co-workers have been nothing but helpful. We even have team dinners every Tuesday!
Cons
They close a little early so its hard to work late if your schedule is typically busy during the day.
