Pros
The only "pros" I can think of is the WFH aspect. And thank God for that because if you had to go into the office to complete the ridiculous amount of documentation, you should just move into the office.
Cons
Where do I begin?? If you aren't a part of the "good ole boys" club, don't even expect any advancement. In fact, count on being bullied! Staff was promoted on a whim without ever applying for the position, without the position ever posted, etc. Then you have other nurses writing your reports on your patients because they don't want to go in the field anymore so they'll just give them those positions---again, position never posted, just got promoted because of favoritism. Imagine working in a hospital and having another nurse write your notes for you?! Bonus program was a joke!! $12/hour for travel and wait time. Teenagers make more money working at McDonald's. And if you don't go over your hours to get the "Bonus," you are bullied about it because upper management in the Branch gets their bonuses based on yours! Just do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this company as possible!!
