One of the worst company in bangladesh - Software Engineer Enlight Solutions Employee Review

- You will get huge opportunities for coding

- Everything is controlled by a cheap minded CEO - Leave is not allowed here, even if in urgency - You have to work 14-15 hours a day, still you will not be able to complete the work ,so you have to come office on weekend to complete the remaining work within tight deadline. - CEO always prefer to take fresher/junior as employee and wants to take full advantage with his tricky mind for low cost -The talented seniors are not interest to work here because of the poor facility and lots of responsibility -Here you are not be able to discuss or research on any advance level topic with others because every one is fresher/junior and always busy with coding -Here freshers enters as intern which is 4 month duration with 5k salary, after completing internship the trainee period have to be completed for 4 month duration with 8-9k salary for joining as a Junior Software Engineer -The CEO become happy when you join office timely but he become upset and angry when you leave office timely, I don't know why

No pros I can remember. The worst software company I ever had seen.

Once you join there, your passion and willingness to be a software developer will be finished, and you might think you are useless and coding is not your cup of tea. The so-called CEO is talented and experienced, But he uses his talents to ruin developers' careers.
