Pros

* Work life balance can be good

Cons

* Very high turnover of staff * Processes always changing * No progression for junior employees Seems to operate as a new startup (lack of structure, young team with not a lot of expertise) and a large company at the same time (very outdated systems). Favouritism and nepotism in the team. Hard work isn't rewarded. It can be extremely stressful when it doesn't need to be. People are overworked. The atmosphere is depressing. They hire people who won't complain and fire the ones that give negative feedback or don't have the right 'image'.

I am sorry to read your review, and especially to hear the impact this role had on your wellbeing. If you would be willing, please contact me directly. I would genuinely welcome the opportunity to listen and learn, and any conversation would be treated in confidence. I cannot respond to individual circumstances in a public forum. However, as a people-centred organisation, I take concerns about culture, leadership and workload seriously and I am committed to reflecting on feedback. Thank you for sharing your perspective. I sincerely wish you well. Kate
