High workload, very competitive industry to work

Nice coworkers, I liked to work in shifts, so we got 4 work days and 4 free days, machines were interesting to learn. The engineers were really nice and helpful.

Awful team leaders and too many people under one team leader. It seemed that nobody truly cared about factory workers and all efforts to better the working environment went to the office spaces. Everyone needed everything done quicker than the machines could move and with more precise quality than humanly possible - not quality or quantity, more like quality AND quantity.
