Pros
A lot of progression and flexibility for such a large company, if you are enthusiastic and keen to learn there are plenty of opportunities for development and to move up within the organisation (eirl). Employees are supported with training opportunities and courses and salaries and bonuses are very good. Hard work is rewarded at eirl. Friendly team and good management.
Cons
Some employees expect to be rewarded without having to work hard out contribute, unfortunately bad precedents have been set in the past. Some employees can be negative at times despite the fact they are treated well by the company.
