      Pros

      Ability to visit historical places in Italy. I cannot say anything positive about the working place. Avoid at all cost.

      Cons

      No visible leadership, too many badly trained managers, Italians-only culture, mistrust towards foreigners, demotivated work force, and the list goes on.

      The company made you feel like one of the employees, even if you were a contract worker. Made your work more rewarding.
