Pros
Pay is "decent". This should not be a pro because this is just the bare minimum companies should be held up to, but nowadays this is a rare occurrence.
Cons
Accidentally stumbled upon these Glassdoor reviews just trying to find some info on the company...unfortunately it has confirmed my worst fears. You are forced to peddle underpaid, undergraduate and disgruntled "devs" for Senior and Architect level positions and pay, expected to find them a ridiculous amount of interviews constantly at a ridiculous rate that even most Seniors in the industry would scoff at. Incentives are dubious, low and they just pay you whenever they feel like it. On top of this it's very likely the consultants will fail the interview, their only support network is a very limited, sluggish network of "SME's" with very dubious English and Tech skills, likely underpaid as well....you get what you pay for. Even worse. You are entirely up to luck here as your job might depend on which team of scammers were you assigned here and even then you might not be sure which is which, as they all have about 100 fake names. All of them use different scam tactics to push their scam consultants and some are more efficient than others. Teams just work against each other and keep their filthy little secrets away from each other. Somehow all of this is to blame on the sales specialists and they have no plan on changing any of this.
