Experienced very unprofessional treatment by direct manager and another senior member of staff. Was not alone in this experience. Brought up directly to manager and also with HR to no avail. Direct manager reduced me to tears on more than one occasion (after a lot of wearing down) and instead of being supportive or at least professional, simply continued to take me apart. Was the reason I left - impact of working with this individual was too harmful to my mental health. Shame because I enjoyed the job and my peers were lovely. The organisation was notified of all details at my exit interview.
