1. Free parking. 2. Company laptop/desktop and company phone provided. 3. Can request a company car.

Cons

1. Like what other reviews said. Too low salary increment. So, no need to show full performance. 2. Not suitable for fresh graduates. 3. Management has no time to teach new joiners. Either you swim or sink. 4. Messy communications between intercompany. 5. No bonus for the first 2 years, no matter which role or which department you're working in. 6. Medical claims - only normal clinics are claimable. Those, optical, dental, and etc, are not included. 7. Work on Saturday for no reason at all. 8. Low increment and slow career growth. Working for 10-20 years in this company will only promote you to a senior. 9. Everyone in this company is very TOXIC. Treated you like an AI. You need to reply to messages instantly. 10. Compare your role with others. Making you the bad person. 11. Management would not compliment for what you did best but will scold you for what you did not do. 12. Old school management.
