Pros

The people and culture at Engrain are unparalleled. From day one, the CEO took me under his wing and set me up for success as a new-to-sales AE. Through hard work and determination, we took a new product to market and it is currently blowing up in the multi-family industry. I was able to earn a promotion during my tenure and always felt like the team cared for me and respected me. The products are FUN to sell and people are genuinely excited to buy and use them.

Cons

Company is based in Denver and flying in and out of DIA can be challenging at times.

Pros

Engrain possesses one of the most unique cultures of diverse and beautiful people that have values of kindness, grit and creativity. Individual contributors, managers and executives all act with passion, tenacity and a selfless mindset of "what's good for the realm?" No matter what you like, who you are, or how you identify, you will find your people here. And that's by design. We've got musicians, graphic artists, nature buffs, foodies, writers, stand-up comics, devoted parents (of cute kids and fur babies!), sports fanatics, yarnies, plant enthusiasts, fashion designers, and Red Rocks lovers. The leadership team is fantastic and great people to have as your mentors. The product vision of Unit Map and SightMap that the co-founders have shared is staggeringly brilliant. I'm so thankful to be a part of this journey.

Cons

Structure and change management is a struggle here. We move quickly and that breeds some mistakes here and there, but the team leads, managers and leaders are never ones to fault you for it. Try and try again!

Pros

Excellent Location & Parking: The company offers a great location with convenient and ample parking for employees.

Cons

Unprofessional Atmosphere: The environment is often described as too relaxed, which contributes to an overall sense of unprofessionalism. Management Disregard: Management frequently appears to disregard or dismiss input and valuable contributions from their team members. Focus on Connections over Skill: The hiring and advancement culture seems to be based more on personal connections ("who you know") rather than an individual's experience, skills, and qualifications. High Turnover & Negative Environment: The company experiences constant employee turnover, and there is a noticeable presence of negative "behind-the-door" conversations and office gossip.
