Pros
For gaining experience that's pretty good to apply and try.
Have a right to mention a comfortable enough community, the ways to work in system, open for communication HR's, overall, useful and intuitively easy platform.
Cons
Absolutely underpaid position, with current inflation this amount of money (hryvnia literally: 110₴ = 2.1€ for 1h lesson) not worth any effort and spent hours. Might be easy to get burnout within couple months being full of lessons and still getting less, quite tough to get promoted to the higher position where the difference still will be underpaid.
On the other hand, the case for native speakers, certificated seniors is slightly better.
It was valuable experience,but couldn't last long due to numerous inconveniences, noticeably financial ones.
