I was extremely impressed with every aspect of English in Action and and I am thankful to them for showing that there are some companies in this industry that know how to balance quality of service, teacher satisfaction and, of course, profit. Even before I went to Austria, I felt supported and then upon arriving, it was a real pleasure to have such experienced and dedicated colleagues around me. The kids were excellent and I feel like they got a lot out of the lessons and the schools we went to were very welcoming. The hotel was comfortable and the staff there were pleasant and helpful. It was also very well-located, meaning that I had access to everything I needed.

The books were not fantastic but I've worked with much worse

-Great access to technology -Generally lovely students -Good support

-a slightly culty atmosphere from some of the staff and management -generally disorganised managers -annoying receptionists -one of the receptionist was extremely rude and cold to me -boss violated her own COVID rules in one of my classes after having interrupted it -No plan for staff you might test positive for COVID
