Enjoyable job. Lots of autonomy. Great colleagues. Everyone very supportive and helpful. The hours are only perfect so many people with young children find it a good job to do as it’s during school hours.

Not ideal if you want to have full time hours as you have to balance it with another employer to get enough hours to make a full time wage. Also no pay during school holidays.

Flexible, generally friendly staff. Lovely students. Program has set listening test online which is efficient if not comprehensive

Ridiculous amount of paperwork. Expect work/ activity of every class to be reported on in full, with timing of each, approx twenty minute work task. Some less than professional approach to this -suitable for a factory. Pay is fairly low. There are hundreds of volunteers many completely untrained who uphold this company's profitability. This is questionable on several levels including the funding from government they receive. Giving co.munity members a chance to cooperate is fine. Building g your business on it is not. Imh.
