      Pros

      The students are great and there is a lot of autonomy

      Cons

      No holiday pay! I was shocked to learn that Christmas and Easter are unpaid holidays. No end of contract pay - this is standard in the sector but EC don't pay it.

      Strong focus on teachers and students, because the owners are themselves teachers and the organization is a small, personal one

      Cons

      There is a glass ceiling from day one, just like in most teaching jobs. The job responsibilities do not change.

      Pros

      Had a lot of classes to teacher as soon as i started and the other teachers/bosses are very friendly. Good working environment!

      Cons

      It was difficult to get more classes when COVID hit but other than that there are no Cons!
