Good for new teachers - their training is set to help new teachers understand how to teach. Clear pathway for growth
Cons
Not flexible to allow experience teachers to incorporate what they know. It can be stifling and demotivating as you are expected to teach like all their teachers, especially the local teachers. Excessive observations (can be more 3 times a month) and meetings that take away from lesson planning time
