Pros
- Lots of opportunities within the company especially in Shanghai where the HQ is located - Amazing co-workers (Upper Management could use some cleaning out or training) - Challenging work and opportunities to grow if you look for it (nothing will fall on your lap) - Great place to develop yourself and get started out in your career - It's an exciting time to be in China
Cons
- Salary is low and hasn't been adjusted for inflation in the major cities - Emphasis on business and not it's talent - no strategy or talent management - Little emphasis on annual reviews - No HR
