Continuous support for career growth both from the DOS and CD through training, one-on-one, feedback, walkthrough, LMS, and more. Employees, CDs, and management are supportive. There's no seniority or superiority as everyone works well with others in a positive and humble attitude.
Cons
Sometimes you will have a mandatory Sunday duty, but the management will provide a fair compensation for it and it's kind of rare for us to have it in a row or more than six times in a year.
