Pros
People are some of the best people I have met. A great diverse group that all gets along with one another, office is very modern and nice.
Cons
Leadership suffers greatly, they act like it's a Wall Street firm when all they do is sell gutters. Pay is not that great while executives and leaders openly talk about their massive bonuses. Toxic environment when any Director level or up is involved with IT, we are forced to play favorites for their egos. Promised salary raises will be delayed if it affects the leadership's bonuses. Lastly, it's the home improvement industry that targets older richer clients, don't expect the company to last in this market.
