Yes, there are a lot of great and highly respected people who work here, 17 years and more and less. Yes, our turnover is higher than we want it to be. It is a major concern for you, me, and all of us here. It is an expressed concern for the England family as well. Because of the depth of this shared concern we are trying to learn from the feedback back shared in these reviews, in exit interviews, our employee engagement survey, Idea Olympics and every other avenue we can tap into.
