      Pros

      My favorite part about England Logistics is that here, you are responsible for your own success. You have great people around you that help you figure out what you need to do to be successful but the rest is up to you. You get to be the hero in your story.

      Cons

      Sales is a high demand job. You have to be able to take rejection with a grain of salt. Early in your career you have to be coachable and learn from mistakes.
