Pros
Great place to work. I've been at EL for almost 10 years. I began my carrier at EL with no logistics or supply chain management experience. I started as an Account Manager and through hard ward and dedication was promoted to numerous positions over the last 10 years. I often tell people that cream rises to the top at EL. You can create your own path to success. The camaraderie I have with with my teammates is amazing. We have a great culture and are always looking for talented, competitive, self-motivated team members. We are highly accountable to the metrics and goals and we compete to exceed the expectations.
Cons
Not many cons to mention. As with any company, EL is not perfect, but I decided many years ago to 'plant my flag' at EL. We compete, we have budgets to meet and the metrics that are very transparent. Some people thrive in that competitive environment and then some people get complacent and lose focus of their goals. If your not competitive, self-motivated, or a self starter this may not be a great fit.
