Opportunities to improve processes and have a lasting impact. Ability to move within company. A lot of emphasis on culture and personal improvement. Good work-life balance. Good leadership overall, and you get to know your leaders pretty well. The majority of the people in the company are great. You aren't just a number or an associate. You can see your impact. Great place to be overall. These pros outweigh the cons below.
Cons
Too many meetings, some of which are really not necessary. It's a sales organization, so there is a lot of artificial and unnatural hype meant to pump you up. It just feels forced and unnatural. A lot of emphasis on Franklin Covey 4DX program company wide, but it's not very applicable or useful in some departments, just an extra thing to do. There is a little hint of a fear based culture that trickles down from the top. Not much flexibility with the schedule.
