Cons
Horrible expensive benefits, low pay/commissions, barely any PTO. The icing on the cake is the non compete they make you sign, and will 100% go after you if they even think you broke it. I would stay far away from EL, they will treat you great for the first little while and then you will see how the company really operates. You will get used to people getting walked out after getting fired or let go for whatever reason. From my hiring class the vast majority had been let go within a year. If you are a “Yes-Man” and drink the EL Koolaid you may make it because when they fire others they will give you their old accounts. Not to mention, if you are in certain departments you may be required to have your work email on your phone. So enjoy answering emails from angry truckers or shippers in the middle of the night. No amount of money could ever get me back in the door.
