Pros
not many pros. But it is a high-energy place. I had high hopes, but once I was there a few months and saw how they treated their employees, there weren't many pros.
Cons
They bring you in and have you burn through their Lead Lists, which are mostly garbage Leads. And you are supposed to start hitting your quota right away, which continues to go up each week. They shouldn't start "grading" you on your quota until you've had a few months to build your book of business. And then, since you aren't hitting your quota, they fire you right before you eligible for health benefits.
