England is not a perfect company and neither am I. But, for starters, upper management leads with their hearts and does the best they can to create an environment of goal setting, personal accountability, and a winning mindset. With the support and tools in place for the employee to be successful, the organization is positioned to be top dawg in the transportation industry. I come to work everyday with a desire to make a positive contribution to the companies goals. I have seen many record breaking moments within the Team and enjoy the winning results. But, the thing I love the most are the people I associate with on daily basis and being able to be around like minded individuals who test my will and challenge me to become better.
