Pros
Benefits were very good and very generous. Car reimbursement was very generous and healthcare covers everything. You are also pushed to learn more engineering aspects in he field and how it's applied
Cons
Not politically correct and management is seriously lacking a sense of responsibility and leadership. I have worked for ECI for over 5 years and it is astounding who they have in charge... If ECI wishes to grow as a company I would serious consider finding a new set of project managers....
