Pros
First, I know that several reviews on here are from previous employees that are claiming to have been here far longer than they were and are making intentionally inflammatory remarks. In the last few years this company has been working hard to improve every aspect of their business. From a much tighter focus on safety, to large investments in workspaces, to working in better process controls and communications between groups. Through steadily improving itself in every aspect the company is becoming profitable again and is a fun place to work.
Cons
There has been a history of poor management here, before and during my time with the company. The previous plant managers were far more concerned with their own agendas or with looking good for their superiors to worry about how the company as a whole was actually functioning. Current management has been a vast improvement and is working to correct the errors of the past. Due to past disappointments, some employees are continuously pessimistic despite evidence of improvement.
