Pros
It is the biggest IT company in Italy I guess. They have training for all employees and you can choose the courses to follow.
Cons
There are a lot of managers and many of them have few knowledge of software engineering and sometimes none at all. You often have to work overtime and over weekend. Average compensation. They prefer poorly designed and undocumented software because they can make more profit.
