      Great positive working environment, fantastic benefits, super work-life balance, friendly management (a lot of whom are mentors and really seem to care about their Employees), a place to call home

      I began working at this company in April of 2012. I have enjoyed every moment and every opportunity that EA has provided to me. We work together and we become successful as a team and as a family. We lift each other with every opportunity that we get. We share the moments, cherish the memories and celebrate the success. Part of loyalty from an employee also comes with employer loyalty being there for one another with work and when we can help one another with personal lives as well. It is something that is rare and not easy to come by in businesses in today's world. Engineering Associates as I know it, is loyal not only for the business but also for their employees. We absolutely want to see you SUCCEED!
