Engineering Air Balance

Is this your company?

Great place to get some hands on experience. The work can be extremely valuable if you try to really learn the job. - Intern Engineering Air Balance Employee Review

Pros

-Competitive Pay -Lot's of overtime (Great if you like making money!) *Saturdays are all overtime hours, Sundays are double time *well makes up for lack of housing stipend *Overtime is per day not per week, so if you miss a few days in a week (sick, vacation, etc) you can still get overtime the rest of the week -Relatively easy work *for people w/ Engineering background -Friendly Co-workers *never gotten along with co-workers as well as here -Paid Mileage and Tolls *guidelines are kind of confusing, but great perk for firm work

Cons

-Inconsistent Commute Houston traffic might be the worst I've ever seen. They generally try to send you to jobs near your house, but if all their current jobs are on the other side of town that's where you are going every morning, Lots of work hours- *I worked a minimum of 50 hours each week with a few exceptions. Your project supervisor decides how many hours you are going to work each day, *I also worked most Saturdays, since I wanted to make as much money as possible.Saturday and Sunday work are normally on a volunteer basis.
