Pros

Nothing worthy in this company

Cons

Went to the company site following an advertisement about the position in indeed and also in follow of a telagram post. The specific role was advertised with a salary of $70k up to $80k but in the meeting I was offered $19-$20 per hour in an hourly rate. The job requirements was a master degree in engineering and 1 year of experience in similar role which I had it but the interviewing manager told me that salary will start from $19 per hour and will gradually increase up to maximum $24 per hour which would need roughly 2 years of work experience within the company. I offered a three months probation period with $19 per hour but after three months. If pre-defined tasks could be delivered by me , I would expect exact amount of salary as advertised. But then I found out that actually the current specialist is not making even $70k. Overall this company and specifically the branch located at Stratford, ON might be a good place to work as a labourer but definitely not as a professional or specific. They expect you to serve them as engineer but with a salary of a laborer.
