      loved the people, co-workers are family mostly because you will see them more than you see your actual family

      Cons

      little pay, no raises or promotions, the clients are worth it but the you'll never grow there

      able to work from home, decent benefits

      Cons

      high school type of mindset within my team. very cliquey and passive aggressive. not direct in communication and would often talk about your work behind your back but when asked directly for feedback, would beat around the bush. Not much support from leadership.
