The hours of meetings, endless picking at results and performance (even when excellent), little work life balance, no pay rises if you're promoted for a long time, below market pay, a set of products that are nowhere near what the market wants for Cloud or AI, and more. FYI the CEO Stephen Sadler is not the day-to-day leader.
