The people I worked with directly were amazing.

The People and Culture, and the Payroll departments are manned by a group of muppets. People and culture would systematically target people whom they didn't like and find reasons to get you written up. Admin staff would frequently belittle, swear and trainers if they make a small mistake. If admin staff made a similar mistake and were asked to hold themselves to the same standard, trainers would be accused of bullying them. Payroll frequently "forget" payments. And then no one will know how or why it happened. Then no one is held accountable.

You got paid on time.

The culture. Absolute rubbish. Worst HR EVER. The HR manager is a right piece of work - the most inhumane HR manager I have ever encountered. They run so-called "anonymous" staff surveys but if you say anything negative in them, expect to be summoned by HR for a "chat".
