Pros
Travel, see your boss very seldom, if you enjoy travel can be great. Daily per diem if on the road. Based in Austria, so possibly travel there. No daily same old routine.
Cons
No support from management. Human resource screws employees religiously. Change in company vehicle rules puts vehicle on employee, so if you leave or layed off your stuck with the payments. If you get hurt on job they can ditch you an hire someone new.
