Pros

Working one on one with the amazing kids. Most of the staff (therapists) are super nice, helpful, and I made many what I hope to be lifelong friends here.

Cons

Management is awful, and it has unfortunate became a cliquey place (only when PC's were appointed.) The entire Muncie clinic is ran by one women who has a billion things to do, and shes not very good at juggling all of those responsibilities at once. The "program coordinators" were appointed to help her, but they don't do their job half the time. They argue in front of clients and complain about having to work (on the scarce occasions they actually have to.) If they get put on a client they try to find anyway they can to get off of them, so they can all go out to lunch together and sit on their phones on facebook. There is 1 DECENT PC and 1 good BCBA but the rest of the upper positions and management are crap. mind you theres only 2 BCBAs and one of them runs the place. The place is dirty all the time like please just walk in the clinic (theres no one monitoring who comes in and out of the building, theres a million entrances and exits so anyone can walk in and out of there whenever they want through the day and probably go unnoticed) but take a walk in there and look at the floors and walls, look at the toys, the equipment. It doesnt get cleaned and then they wonder why their staff and their clients are sick all the time. There is no consistency in anything they do so no one is ever on the same page because the communication is awful! Oh yeah and no benefits. Which i was told IN MY INTERVIEW "we are getting benefits very soon"...and right before i left i found out they werent going to have them before this year is up. said it will probably be mid next year or even later... so that brings me to the next and last point...THE LIES!! they are constant you cant trust hardly anyone!

Thank you for your feedback. We take it seriously and have brought it before our leadership team to find ways in which to improve. While no company, ours included, has everything figured out and manages a flawless clinic, it is evident comments shared on this post are in an effort to defame a company who works tirelessly and with immense passion for all clients, their families, and staff. For a small business, resources are more limited and our staff are onboarded as needed, in an effort to not under- or over- staff a medical facility that is driven 100% by insurance. For the size of our clientele as the time of this post, two BCBAs were sufficient for our Muncie clinic, and the ability to onboard Program Coordinators to assist was something we worked very hard to do. As for benefits, this staff member was advised as all other staff when hired in that benefits that would be in foreseeable future, but with no structured time table. The costs the company incurs to offer these types of benefits is substantial, and in an effort to make it affordable for all staff while still being able to effectively run two clinics was and still is of utmost importance. Full medical benefits, including health, vision and dental, as well as the ability to contribute to a 401k were implemented and effective within 90 days of this post. Unfortunately this staff member making defamatory remarks was terminated from her position days before this post was made for continued disrespect toward management and unwillingness to follow protocols and policies. She was given several chances to improve performance, but continued to demonstrate insubordination and deteriorate morale. Beyond asking for management to reconsider her employment status multiple times after termination, we would encourage any staff who are this unhappy with their position to seek alternative employment where they feel they can contribute more effectively to the overall greater good. We wish her nothing but the best and appreciate the time she devoted to our children, but these remarks were evidently out of anger and not truth.

Pros

This company provided amazing services to the children they work with. Every employee genuinely cares about each client and works hard to provides the best services they can to their clients. It is honestly the best clinic in Muncie in my opinion. The CEO, Clinton is one of the nicest people I have ever met and he goes to great length to ensure employees feel comfortable and valued.

Cons

The administration at the time of my employment was not well organized. Administrators were not always on the same page which would lead to confusion and frustration amongst employees. The administration was also not very transparent with employees about changes to procedures or policies being made. Employees often called off leading to last minute schedule changes or lack of coverage.
