Pros

- fully remote company - mission driven organization, folks genuinely care and want to do right by our customers - super helpful and collaborative individual contributors across teams - good product market fit, especially for fertility. not a ton of direct competitors for the product - founders are conservative with spend, not recklessly burning money like other startups

Cons

- pays way below market, claims they prioritize "pay equity" but in reality they are not willing to negotiate offers at all - toxic micromanaging from senior leadership - high turnover on teams, not enough folks to support volume of work - increased workload without increases in compensation. every team is stretched to their absolute maximum capacity - if you're looking to coast, this is not the place for you. definitely a startup environment where things move at lightening speed and you are expected to wear a ton of hats and juggle multiple priorities. - disconnect between leadership who makes business decision and those interacting with customers + making the product

Pros

The product has real potential and could be a game-changer in its space. Mission-driven work that could make a difference if empowered properly. Unlimited PTO (though taking it depends heavily on your team and role). Some genuinely talented and passionate people trying to make it work.

Cons

Toxic leadership culture that deflects blame onto middle management instead of owning systemic issues. Constant turnover — strong people leave or are pushed out, and poor leadership remains. Roles are poorly defined; people are frequently hired without clear needs in mind and then overloaded or mismanaged. Fertility division leadership at the top level is especially problematic — demoralizing and dragging down the whole team. If you’re not part of the inner circle, expect little support and outsized pressure. Teams with high potential are micromanaged or ignored, never allowed to actually thrive. Lack of real decision-making; leadership stalls or reverses course frequently, creating confusion and burnout.
