Pros
Great initial learning environment. Onboarding is really smooth and well considered. Deep learning on cold calling best practices (and some of the dark arts, if you will). Short promotion cycles so more promotions and clarity on base earnings each step of the way. Skillset you can carry with you long into your sales career.
Cons
Some on SMB, some on MM, some on ENT but all graded the same. No control over which campaign you get thrown on. Some campaigns are incredibly difficult to market, and some are easy, so it can be difficult to hit commission goals or reach quota (again zero control here). Environment can be too distracting. Too much focus on activity metrics.
